We have already been leasing properties in Průhonice since 1992. Our experience on this field is considerable.

Průhonice is situated on the southern tip of Prague, approximately 15 kilometres off the centre along the D1 highway. The village is dominated by a chateau with a vast parkland. Beside, there is a spectacular Botanic Gardens. The neighbourhood of the village is suitable for various sport activity. A number of hotels and restaurants including a small brewery are to provide the village with glamour, mainly throughout the summer period. Within about 1000 m away from the village is a large department store and a new „water pleasure-park" is being built here. School and playshool near situated, international shool for english speaking children in Prague 4, 20min. by car - www.eisp.cz

So far our clients have been: Tesco stores, Provident Financial, DHL, Unilever, Česká spořitelna, ČSOB, Hartmann-Rico, Coca-cola, Pepsi-cola, PricewaterhouseCoopers, United Brands, Philips Moris, Nestle, Electroworld and further amore.

Most of our houses are situated in an enclosed area of „Květnové náměstí" Square and „Sadová" Street. This complex altogether comprises 6 different single houses and 5 terrace houses and offers an in-house relaxation studio expressly for the Tenants of our properties. We have placed our office in here to maintain the properties and related services for our Tenants.
